These terms apply when you use gollachut.games. By playing, you agree to them.

Playing

Gollachut Games is free to play, and ads may be shown to keep it that way. You can play as a guest, or sign in with Google or Facebook to keep your progress and play ranked matches. You need to be old enough to have that account (13 in most countries).

Fair play

• No cheating: no bots, modified game pages or exploiting bugs to win matches or ratings.
• No abusive names, harassment or hate, in matches or around them.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

If you break these rules, we may reset ratings, remove results, or suspend or close an account.

Your account

Keep your Google or Facebook account safe, since it's how you sign in. You can delete your Gollachut account at any time: see Delete your data.

Our games and content

The games, artwork, sounds and code on Gollachut Games belong to us or to the people who made them. You're welcome to play them for your own enjoyment. Don't copy, sell or republish them without permission. The traditional games themselves belong to everyone.

Ads and other sites

Ads and links may take you to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they offer.

The service

We provide the games as they are, and we may change, pause or retire them. We work to keep everything running, but we can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you on the site about important changes. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
